The coin is set in an 18K yellow gold and sterling silver decorative frame and features a bust of Otacilia Severa, the wife of Philip I. On the opposite side is a hippopotamus. The coin's authenticity as an ancient coin has been certified by a professional numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage.
